Danielle LaRosa

I am a former elementary special education teacher with a deep appreciation for early literacy and children’s literature. I hold a B.A. in Special Education and a Master’s degree in Reading, and throughout my teaching career, storytelling and rhyme were a natural part of my classroom.

That love of language inspired my debut book, When I Grow Up, I Want to Be a Song!, a music-inspired story that celebrates rhythm, creativity, and joy. While my early work centered on music, my writing continues to grow and evolve.

I am currently working on The Wild About You Collection, a new series of love-filled keepsakes and bedtime stories inspired by my children, who are my greatest muse. The first book in the collection, I Love You So, is coming soon.

All of my books are written in rhyme and created with one heartfelt goal: to offer children stories that bring comfort, spark joy, and nurture a lifelong love of reading.
